What happens after I use the three prepaid boxes?
You can keep sending qualifying repair boxes throughout the year. Order additional prepaid kits ($25 each) or pay for shipping to us yourself. Shipping of repaired clothes back to you remains free. Each box must contain at least $150 in repairs.
Does membership renew automatically?
Yes. Membership renews annually at $49.95 for your convenience. We send an upcoming-renewal reminder one month before renewal. Contact info@tailorclinic.com before renewal if you want to cancel.
When does the $150 minimum apply?
The minimum applies to each box. Membership fees, supplies and shipping do not count toward the minimum.
